Registration, admission, and course fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any request for refund must be submitted in writing within 10 days from the date of admission. Such requests will be considered only in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of the management after applicable deductions.
No refund shall be granted after classes have commenced or if study material, LMS access, recordings, or other academic resources have been provided.
If a student discontinues the course voluntarily due to personal reasons, relocation, academic performance, or any other reason, no refund will be applicable.
Cancellation of admission does not waive any outstanding fee liability under the selected payment plan.
Processing time for approved refunds shall be 15–30 working days and will be credited through the original mode of payment or bank transfer.
CLAT SARTHY EDUSERV PVT. LTD. reserves the right to accept or reject any refund request. The decision of the management shall be final and binding.
